Pricing and Payments

Prices are correct at the time of publishing and exclude VAT and postage.  They are in United Kingdom pounds sterling.  All online payments are made through a third party — either
Stripe or PayPal— which accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.

For postage to countries or regions not shown as an option on checkout, please contact Sheepfold at sales@sheepfold.co.uk.

We do not have access to your credit card details other than the last four card numbers which appear on the receipt.  Purchases will appear on your card statement as being made to SHEEPFOLD.

In accordance with the E-Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, if you are ordering electronically, you will receive a prompt acknowledgement of receipt of your order, by email.  If ordering by post, you can select your preferred option for acknowledgement, if you wish to receive one.

Returns Policy

Our returns policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.  If you have any specific queries regarding our returns policy please contact us.

If you have purchased the goods as a consumer, an order for goods may be cancelled by notice in writing sent within the first 14 days of your order beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods.

We will provide a full product refund including VAT within 30 days of your notice.  You are responsible for ensuring that goods returned must be received in 'as new' condition with all seals intact and the product unused.

Goods must be returned complete, including all packaging.
Carriage costs for dispatch and returning the goods are your responsibility.

This policy applies to all countries.

Delivery Information

Subject to availability, goods will usually be dispatched within seven working days of receipt of the order, by first class Royal Mail or its agents.  Actual delivery times will depend upon the Royal Mail or its agents.  In the event that the product you have purchased is out of stock, we will contact you and advise of the possible delay.  Stripe will be instructed to give a full repayment within 30 days if you decide not to proceed with the purchase due to the delay, and instruct Sheepfold of this decision.

Non-delivery of goods

Whilst every effort would be taken to locate your goods, Sheepfold cannot accept responsibility for their loss in transit, particularly for overseas customers who have not selected a tracked and/or signed for delivery service. If goods are lost we will send them again but using a tracked and/or signed for service, for which customers are charged. Replacement goods will not be sent until 21 days after original dispatch to addresses in the UK or 28 days after original dispatch to addresses overseas.

One of my friends just returned from the UK with your book and we all loved it — being knitters and owning sheep — we all want to knit the patterns! DS (USA)
I cannot recommend you enough. Great range of kits and yarn, British wools and a helpful, personal service. Fantastic. LR
I have just received the yarn. It is beautiful. Thank you for sending it to me so quickly. DJ
